The Politics of Food

Traditional based zine.

The Politics of Food zine based on Lebanese LGBTQ+ activism and the fight for food and relief during bombing and war in the Middle East 2024.

These activist groups were used as a scapegoat by far-right Christian groups for hate speech and victim blaming as terrorism continued. This zine focuses on the queer narrative, their fight for bodily autonomy and safe community spaces during an oppressive reign.
